Eimhear Flynn

Senior Stylist

Eimhear began her hairdressing journey 19 years ago. Her time has been mostly spent in Carrick-on-Shannon, Cavan and Sydney.

She worked as a Junior for 3 years while studying in Cavan College. After qualifying she spent 11 years in her next position, during which time she developed a passion for up-styling and, in particular, bridal hair. She loves meeting her brides for their hair trials and prescribing a hair care plan to ensure they have not only a style that compliments their dress, but also hair health and confidence.

From here she continued her journey in a managerial role for 5 years, before joining the Laila Valentino team in May 2019.

Her strengths are in styling and also as a colourist, and she loves educating clients on home care and maintaining fabulous, healthy hair.

To ensure she gives her clients the best possible advice and stays up to date in an ever-changing and challenging industry, she continues to push herself to learn new skills and has trained with Kérastase, Kevin Murphy, Matrix, Moroccan Oil and Joico.

In her spare time she runs a farm business and feels the combination of salon and outdoor life compliment each other and give her great life balance.
