We recently opened our new salon which gave us the opportunity to source new furniture and technology, which we did – all the way from Italy!
Our basin chairs have been replaced with brand new fully reclining massage chairs – the ultimate in salon technology. In addition, we now offer a cutting-edge new steaming treatment at the basin, the Maletti VapoMist (additional charge) which will melt away all impurities from your scalp!
Ambiance
We understand that it is the little things that make the difference. Unfortunately due to our COVID policies we now longer provides a supply of magazines for our guests to read, however with free WIFI available our guests have adapted. Those who want to escape from life for a while are bringing their books or iPads with them and enjoying a read or catching up with Netflix.
Community
We serve a community – this is so important to us. Our older clients, our professional clients, our clients who travel to us from further afield…we understand that to them we are more than just a hairdresser. We listen, we engage, we remember – we love to get to know and build relationships with our clients and with our community.
We consider ourselves part of a self-care service. We help to pick our clients up when they need a little lift. We share in the special events in their life…their child’s first haircut, Communions, Confirmations, first dates, engagements, weddings and funerals.
We know how blessed we are when we welcome clients back time and time again. Recently, when we opened our new salon, we invited our clients to join us – much to our surprise and delight, over 150 turned up to celebrate with us!
